Fees & Insurance

If you are a new patient or if your insurance information changes, please bring all insurance information with you so we can have accurate information in your medical file.  Charges for office visits and surgery are determined by the time and complexity of the service.  Payment for your office examinations and treatment is expected at the time of service.  We do accept Medicare and will submit these claims for you.  You will be responsible for any unmet deductibles, copayments, and/or non-covered services, such as refractions, glasses and contact lenses.

We will submit charges if your have direct bill insurance.  However, we request all copays be paid at the time of service.  We do accept Visa and MasterCard.  If you are experiencing financial difficulties in meeting larger obligations, please speak to our billing manager and we'll work with you to develop a reasonable payment schedule.
