- Monday - Friday: 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Optical shop hours are extended to 5:30 PM on Wednesdays but by appointment only from 4:30 to 5:30 PM.
Our medical receptionist will schedule a time that works best for you and your treatment needs. If an urgent problem occurs, an emergency evaluation may be scheduled.
Honoring your appointment time is important to us. However, on occasion due to the medical nature of our practice, we may have to delay or reschedule your time due to emergencies, urgent medical consultations and/or surgical situations. We will make every effort to expedite your appointment or reschedule it, quickly and conveniently.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us as soon as possible, preferably 24 hours in advance, and we will reschedule you. Additionally, if you have a medical emergency during evening or weekend hours, call our office at 614-890-5692 and a physician on-call will contact you.
